Adsl2+ And Gdmt Changing Automatically

some minutes ago, the adsl light of mu Netgear modem went ren suggesting that the net is down.before, connection mode was adsl 2+,now it is g.dmt.i experience low speed and reboot my modem.i am back on adsl2+.can anyone tell me whu this is happening.also, what are the difference between the two.

change it to "multi-mode" and see if there is any change...
