Pollution Problem in Delhi NCR

What industries are they talking about in Delhi? All the polluting industries were forced to move out. MCDs are there so that they do not let any commercial vehicle which is not supposed to be in delhi in. Vehicles older than 10 and 15yrs are already banned. Are they high on the smoke from stubble?

Increase bus fares by 3x? So that poor people are affected the most. How idiotic can you be
 
I thought promoting public transportation should be at highest priority if you want to reduce vehicular pollution. Anyways buses are running on CNG.

May be its something related to hot and humid air of Mumbai/Kolkata against cold and dry air of Delhi which causes issue. Not sure.

Increasing bus fare is stupidest idea. Buses would be running on roads even if no passengers are travelling, because most of them have to follow pre-scheduled routes.
 
What about the health hazards the volunteers are subjected to who stand on the roads holding the sign boards?
