hi guys, What is the best option for me to have in terms of broadband connection in Delhi around the Chnakya Puri area. Speed of about 128 Kbps is good enough but would like to have quite large download limit as I would like to be connected for a long time. thanks

Hi,You may go for Airtel it's overall result is good. I am not very familiar with the tariff & features they offer but it works with VOIP so definately it has good performance.kbjkbj1

of course, mp2525252525252525252, dont just go and get AirTel based on one persons opinion or post, he could be WORKING FOR AIRTEL MARKETING DEPT. heheheheheRead around the forum for a while, ask around near your location if possible too

yea, airtel is decent. i would have recommended BSNL DataOne but Delhi has the MTNL shite hehe

Airtel offers the best plans as long as you want an unlimited package.... if you don't mind a data transfer limit, then you should also consider MTNL/BSNL.However, last I heard Airtel doesn't offer services in Chanankyapuri. My CTO said that they are having problems in digging up the streets to lay lines, and blamed the delay on the bureaucracy since it's a govt. colony.

Hi,

I am not working for Airtel......but this is what I have concluded after my so called research on broadband in India. Also this conclusion is based on the fact that one member of this forum could use VOIP with airtel Home 128 connection.

VOIP which is still beyond the imagination of the people in India......

If Airtel is not in your area then go for BSNL for sure that too is good...... one more person could use VOIP with it's Home 1000 plan.
