ICICIPruLife - Without consent Online Standing Instruction Authorization

I was paying my ICICIPruLife policy premium online today, on payment page they asked me whether I want to provide ICICI bank standing instruction so that they can charge my credit card on their own and I specifically selected NO (unselected the option)
But when I finished the process the final confirmation page states that Online Standing Instructions Status is YES now.
I do not like when companied force things on me and hate it even more when it is related to financial transaction without my consent.
I consider this as blatant cheating on ICICI Pru Life's part.
Be careful while doing transactions on ICICI Pru Life's website
 
Its some error at their end. I just renewed my policy, got the same issue but I checked the status in my profile and found out that no policy has standing instruction 🙂
So dont worry it shows Standing Instructions as "Yes" for every case when you renew the policy
