How can I check my data usage

Hello Guys,

Can anyone please let me know how can I check/track the data usage .
In the account where we login ,do not have any option to check thr data usage.
Any help will be useful here.

i check it using http://my.spectranet.com, but i am not seeing any option to create a new id. The guy who came for installation helped me setting up the account for this. Please check with customer care or the guy who came for installation.
