Airtel Cheat! 300MB pack reduced to 21 days... but it is no where updated their website even from th

I just recharged 300MB data pack from their own website which shows validity as 30 days and even the recharge confirmation SMS says 30 days. After started using, their usage alert pops up saying the validity is until Dec 18, that is 21 days. If I call CC they say it was updated a month ago!!!! Buggers!

The 3G pack you mean ?
That is insane, these airtel and all are forming a cartel to rip us off.
Others will follow suit like this.

Contact them on Twitter. If that doesn't work out send an email to nodal/appellate.

Yes. This is 3G pack.
The SMS confirmation says:

3G Plan of Rs103 with 300MB data is active on your airtel mobile. Charges post 300MB, 3p/10KB. Validity 30 days. Video call@5p/sec for Local,STD,roaming.

And the USSD usage alert says:

Usage made: 0.04MB. You have: 298.58MB left in your account. Valid upto Dec 18 2013. For instant help please dial *121#"
