Please Help--adsl Modem Not Working

Hi,I am from Calcutta(kolkata). The power button of my adsl modem is not finctioning and after repeated complaints(I have made atleaset 10), they are not showing any interest to get it repaired or replaced. Its almost 15 days now and I am without any internet conection. Please please help me and show me light what should be my action now. I am so busy that I could not visit them personally. I would be very grateful if you can provide me any help.Thanks
 
if the modem is on rent from BSNL then they shouldhelp to replace the modem or fix the switch problem .Pls contact some higher official [ Area Manager / D.E. ] if you own the modem then you have to take the modem to a Electronics Servicing technician andask to replace the switch . Make sure that he getsa good quality switch for the modem ...
