Hi,I am using UTStarcom-300R2U Modem and Netgear WGR614 v6 Wireless Router to access internet through my laptop. I installed Fedora Core-6, but was unable to configure to access internet. Can anyone please submit any procedure to do the same? I am using Netgear WG511 v2 PCMCIA card at my laptop to access net through Windows XP.Thx,Jack.

Hello,

Did you try to see the "Network" gui (in Administration menu?) to see if it was detected? If it is not listed in the detected devices lists, what is the output of:
$> lspci -vvv

and of
$> lspcmcia

Do you have pcmciautils package installed? If not, it might be a good idea to install it.

Finally, from Windows, do you know what exact driver your wireless card is using or what chipset it is using? Here is some info that might help you find out more about your card:
