@Mayur - I am also getting same HD channels in Pune.
However, I am getting message "Service is blocked(4)" for HBO Defined and HBO HITS HD channels. Are you able to see these two channels? Hathway customer care is unable to resolve.

As mentioned in some other thread, both these channels are subscription based premium channels. Not available in either SD or HD without paying extra!

Star World Premiere HD is now blocked in Pune (message 0 This service is blocked(4)).
Also, HBO Defined HD adn HBO HITS HD are blocked in Pune.
