Tata 16MBPS plan Juhu

Hello,
Im using the 16mbps upto 80gb a month plan.
While being irrelevent to the plan, my internet has not been working constantly. I keep receiving frequent request timeouts so i am unable to play games or watch videos.
Any idea why this is happening?

To clarify, the internet is very unstable with frequent disconnects. Ive contacted tata and their engineers have come checked it out. However its been a month and its not been fixed. I have a new modem/router which i bought personally. The issue seems to be with their lines but theyre unable to fix it i think.
Wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if there is a solution.

My word of advice to you is all private players in the broadband business has come with a motive of making some quick money and exiting the business....Reliance is doing the same thing with their customers.
They all cheat their customers and its easy to do so in a country like ours where there is hardly any law and order and courts are being set up to fool its citizens.
I would like you to take BSNL,the speed is 512 kbps but it works......no cheating business !! I wonder if BSNL gets privatized.

Then MTNL is there, which is better with the magical 1mbit post fup speeds.
