Cas In Dishtv

Can anybody tell me what will be the CAS system in DishTV India...will DishTV may add more channels including Regional channels...Maxi Pacage in DishTV is very costly. As per TRAI rule Rs. 75 for FTA channels and Per Pay Channels Rs. 5/- . If it is fact, I will be able to control my DTH subscription within Rs. 200/- or less. Many channels are useless to me.
 
the 5 rupee rate is only for CAS unfortunately i think. dth are free to price the channels i think.
 
govt still control what is shown on tv.thank god they dont control what we see on our comp.

Censorship on TV I can still understand (and dislike). But censorship in movie halls??? boooooooo...... and they wonder why piracy exists.

It won't happen. All this will be addressed in the Broadcast Bill and a time slot for adult content will come into effect. Also under CAS it's implementation will be easy where channels can actually be rated as adult.

If censorship were to happen then there would be no difference between us and the islamic states.
