Upon renewal you would be presented with your Package Price + Rs.69 again, to be paid compulsorily and you call the customer care
and they are team of highly trained con artists who would tell you technically its not possible to CANCEL this damn Mistake your did by
installing their STUPID APP.
You have to Pay Rs.69/- along renewal and APP can only be cancelled only after 30 days from your placed request.
So if you are placing the request just before renewal date, they would need 30 days to process it and upcoming invoice might have that too.
SERIOUSLY, how much backdoor money DishTV is paying to people who should have made a check on them to stop them from floating such
loot plans.
Online Booking and cancellation has gone instantaneous on other services and platforms and even air tickets get cancelled even if you are on the airport
and just on the boarding pass queue, if you cancel you are charged a fee and DONE, but
DISHTV MORONS tell that 30 day LOCK in PERIOD, and if you pay the renewal pack amount, they would deduct the charges and adjust your renewal date.
No matter what you do, we need the fu**ng money, and we will take the damn money....
