3g frequent interuption

hello.
I would like to know why tata docomo is always interupting ionternet every 20 or 30 minutes and delays more than 30 minutes to restore.
it,s really irritating

Docomo Internet connections works that way. There is mandatory disconnection every 2600 secs which is 40 mins. The reconnection does takes 15 mins minimum. I am already in process of porting out as Docomo says they can't take any complaints as there data connection works that way.
