Pre-paid shipping label not available in India ?

Hey guys,
I just want to send my router back for replacement. First they said they will include pre-paid shipping label but now they are refusing it. Now they are telling me to arrange courier on my own. So, pre-paid label is not possible in india? Any courier which offer this ?

It is definitely available. I had to ship back some damaged stuff to homeshop18 and they sent the courier to my house for pickup and he filled in the details and gave me a copy of the label. This is the closest I think to the pre-printed capability of the US. I also think the larger logistics companies like Fedex, DHL etc do provide this.
 
Western digital harddisk guys arranged me a courier pickup of a non working HDD for replacement
 
Oh, thats what i thought, IMO they lied to me so they can save some bucks. I am gonna E-mail them again by informing them about fedex express capabilities
 
Even bluedart does reverse pickup where receiving party charges.
