BSNL Broadband: Getting 1mbps on 4mbps connection

I recetly got my BSNL Broadban conection, pings are fine but I'm not geting full speed my plan is 4 mbps and I'm geting 1 mbps speed... what should i do? the guy who came at my place to setup the router said that he will fix it on monday and he didn't came today plus his phone was not reachable...

What's the make and model no. of your modem? Post modem stats.

Geting really bad speed 🙁 500 kbps-1mbps sad and my plan is 4 mbps >_<
using D-Link modem 2730u

Downstream sync is fine. Use the link in my signature to complain. Ask them to set port speed to 4mbps.

Whoa! Excellent stats. Looks like you live reside next to the exchange. Fault is at the exchange for sure. Inform them.
