I like a message from Bsnl about full talk time for Rs.220 as below. Greetings from BSNL Kerala. You are one of our most valued customers. As a token of our thanks, get full talk value from 19th June for 30 days on Topup 220.But after recharge i got message like this. Ur no is recharged with Rs.220 as Topup from 9446712111 on 21/06/2013 at 21:03:09 hours PF:Rs.3,ST:Rs.24.2,net amt is Rs.192.8,Bal: Rs.239.31,Ref No.1552338929.I had got only Rs.198 onlyHow i should get the balance amount or where i has to complaint
