I applied for change of plan from Home 500 to UL 900 plan few days ago, today (21-11-2006) it got changed to Home 900 Plan, My question is what will they charge me next month? Whether for Home 500 or for Home 900?Will they take it as Home 900 from 1-11-2006 or will they charge me the usual bill for Home 500 or they will charge me for Home 500 and as well as Home 900(One month advance).RegardsJay

First of all u shd hv given application on 28th or 29th i.e in da last week, may b they will b charging u for home 900 for full month, for full details reg. this query u shd contact ur xchange's broadband officer....
 
I thought they would change the scheme from 1 of next month ie from dec. I called the call center and enquired abt this , the guy said , they will charge will for 800 plan as well as 900 plan. Is this correct? Can anyone clarify pls
