what happens if beam fup reset in the middle of the month?

If beam team reset fup on the middle of the month they will not reset it on the next following month ?
suppose that on january 15 they reset the fup and the download speed goes to 1 MB + speed until they reach FUP but what happens on feb 1 st ? They will reset it or they will not reset it because they did it on january 15 th ?
 
They will reset it on 1st of every month irrespective of what happens in the middle of the month.
But they fixed this resetting problem long back. Not getting FUP reset since close to 4 months now.
