@EarthVPN do you guys have multiple/simultaneous device access as well? Does it costs anything or included in $3.99/month?

When you have server or any tie up in India, doesn't it makes the company to log and provide data to the authorities/government upon request? This doesn't mean any violation of DMCA but government can't be trusted and they can ask for any kind of data retention in these case what action does your company takes?
PS: I am curious because of Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 & other subsequent amendments to the same for ISP/UASL which may be indirectly or directly in place.

We simply does not log any user activity as our law does not require.We take required actions on our NON Dmca servers for blocking P2P/Torrent traffic.P2P/Torrent is only allowed on the countries which DMCA does not apply.
