How to check ACT Fibernet Broadband Usage?

visit http://portal.acttv.in/
and click on my account located at top right side.
then you will get left side one menu option - my usage
pls note - the above site only works from ACT connection.
 
i have activated newly ACT connection. i want to know how to check data details in My account, its not displaying My usage. please guide me.
 
i just want to know what and all download in my ACT internet. and who and all used my account... please guide me

Home Go for My Account, Select My Package (left side), My Package lists some details, in that one of them is Usage.
 

When I checked my usage history, it showed couple of IP address which is not the address my IPCONFIG screen shows. Neither it is my public IP address.

Later when I checked, Belkin router assigns WAN IP to each device based on its MAC Address.

Can anyone help me find what is WAN IP and how to find my WAN IP?
