RCOM refund-issue resolved

My landline no -1130421603 is also not installed since 20 days of payement.

Finally got a check of Rs 659 as I disconnected by Relaince BB in Jan. Had to complain to DoT regarding this, after that only it was done
 
Anyone having grievance with Reliance please note: You may get a call from court in another city asking you to appear before the court. You would be told that an arrest warrant will be issued at your name if you do not call up a lawyer and do out of court settlement in an hour. When you will call up the lawyer, you would be asked to pay up whatever Reliance is wrongly asking you to pay, otherwise face arrest.
Please remember this is all fraud which Reliance has come up to extort money. This is plain cheating and extortion.

After that your representative came to my premises and took away the equipments installed at my house and given slip for this and told us that we will get the refund within 45 days.I have disconnected the reliance broadband connection in the month of March (12-3-2013) due to problems in the internet services provided by RCOM under WIMAX (no signals).


However even aftery expiry of 60 days period i have not received my refund amount. However, i have received a bill stating negative balance of Rs.3982.98 (Total Charges on Reliance Internet Service User ID 360198175753).

However the amount for refund is allowed w.e.f. 25-03-2013 but i have requested for disconnection w.e.f. 12-03-2013 and your customer care told me that i will be allowed refund w.e.f. 12/13-03-2013.

Hence it is once again requested to issue my refund amount cheque at the earliest (as 45 days period quoted by your company has already lapsed)

The Reliance Broadband is PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER I have ever come across
I am resident of Pune....I have my Internet down since last 1 Month...
Called Customer care for more than 20 times and mailed with almost same count ....
their simple motto.... "WE DONT CARE"
I just get auto generated response... "Will get back to you in 24Hrs....
But I suppose their 24 hours not yet completed 😛issed-off:
I have asked by calling the "Engineer" to visit my place.. but Forget .. Engineer... not a single acknowledgement from Reliance...
They have been telling the Same story of Fibre cut for a month now... and keep my complaint in "Processing" state....
BUT I REALLY DOUBT ABOUT THE PROCESSING !!!
Last Time I called.. And asked for Termination of connection.... The cust. care executive tried his BEST to stop termination
By taking my request for Engineer Visit..... the very NEXT DAY........ BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED YET...
I AM NOW SO MUCH SURE THAT THESE GUYS WILL NOT SOLVE AN ISSUE AND ONLY GIVE ONE RESASON AFTER CALLING.....
SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE.....
ACTUALLY THE SHOULD RENAME IT TO "CUSTOMER (DONT) CARE"
NEVER EVER CHOOSE RELIANCE EVEN IF YOU GET IT FOR FREE :nono: !!
THE SERVICE CATEGORY IS JUST BAD.... WORSE...WORST !!!

45 days is over.
waiting for credit for my user id 380226867336 from nov.2013 for rs.384
this company is fraud. They dont refund after disconnection. I will sue them soon.
