Noticed credit card password protection on an international gateway today

Afaik i too got 3d pin request while buying games from shopto.net
 
cool this was the first time i noticed it on an international payment gateway. i used to pay using paypal earlier on ipredator but for some reason they now makes it mandatory to create a paypal account so had to use this other option.
