Bsnl Roaming Charges...

Suppose I have a BSNL prepaid card from the Mah & Goa region roaming in Mumbai, what are the charges for incoming calls for that card? See how MTNL users get free incoming calls when they roam in Mah & Goa, do BSNL users in Mah & Goa region get same / similar free incoming call facility when they roam in Mumbai? BSNL's website has not been of any help! 🙁Also what is the "local" area for say Pune users? Is it only Pune city or all over Maharashtra? So if a BSNL cell phone of Pune calls another BSNL cellphone of say Nasik or some other city, what would be the charges? Would it be local or what?

Local area of Pune users is all Mah. except mumbai. But if you get BSNL MAH. sim to mumbai, incoming is free as per TRAI's order of merging circles.
