Slow speeds on MTNL Broadband

My connection is attached to the Andheri, Lallubhai Park exchange.
I am facing frequent disconnections. Below are my modem stats, could you guys tell me if they are all rite.

No issues as such with the speed. Call 1504 if problem exists for more than a day.

i am on 2 mbps plan and my speed is just at 30 KBps :/
dont know what the hell is wrong with MTNL :/

Ping to 8.8.8.8 is giving packet drops plus reply time is > 700-800 ms many times > 1500ms

It was my iPhone. Everytime i turned on WiFi of iPhone it caused issue.

I killed all the processes of iPhone and all is well now!
