Port binding is a thing which don't allow this. Atleast multiple login can't be done.

^^^As in port binding tel line is associated with tel account nothing to relate with multiple or single login! So theoretically might not possible however it does happen now and then.

i have tested it for mtnl delhi.
Before u can use it..but now u cannot they have restricted the login by callerid.
