Mine is 217 kbps Download and 165 kbps Upload speed 😱

I really want to know is 217 less or guys are getting around 240 or 256 .... B)

wonder why my upload is so slow? any1 has idea?

PS:
nevermind.. i manually did FTP upload to some site.
i get 208kbps upload speed..that site was calculating upload speed wrong.

so corrected info is
Down - 217
Up 208
 
AAre it just tests your speed for 5 seconds and gives the maximum speed during that time...217 kbps= 27 KB/s on http download.BSNL gives exact 256 in deed ,I guess!
 
mtnl gives exact 256 (raw) too. speed mainly drops because of distancefrom exchange as well as PPP and TCP header overhead.
 

However in Delhi we are synced 288kbps Dl and 256kbps Ul.Getting in range of 30-32.4 KBps and yeah upload sucks(becoz its free & evr1 is uplodin).However in torrent upload speed are always fine.

I am getting 433 down and this site shows wrong up speed... (mine it shows up as 222)

It shows my Down speed as 446 and UP speed as 442!

(sorry for caps but had to use it)Anywayz.....Download 244,184 bps Upload 145,736 bps I always get download 245 no matter when I check so very consistentUpload vaires from 80 to 120ur site shows upload of 145, may be becoz its tests by uploading very small file.
