Attention: Dramatic Fall In Connection Speed

i am from hyderabad and i am on 900 plus plan my speed i am also facing same problem since three weeks
 
All,
I have UL900 + plan on 256KBPS. For the last 10-15 days, my speeds have fallen, and connectivity is spordic. Especially my emails are having a trouble as the connection just comes and goes on its own sweet will. Doesnt last longer than couple of seconds,
I am in Bangalore and have been using Dataone since last almost year and half.
Anyone in the same boat?

downloading from download.com also facing the same speed problem 12KB/SEC download speed what has happened on bsnl network?after the game package has been launched this problem is occuring
 
I am from Pune.. and have been facing this problem since 25th Oct. ..... Actually my Utorrent is currently working on 10-12 kBps .... with 250 seeds, & over 1000 Peers for a particular file.At times I get full speeds upto 30 Kbps ......but that lasts for minute or two. From Sunday I am getting full speeds when I download from direct servers..... ftp or link-removed. But usually I am facing drag in speeds....-pranKster.
 
bsnl guys dont know how to manage their high end servers

I AM ALSO FROM KOLKATA AND FACING HUGE PROBLEM LIKE U.IS THERE ANY SOLUTION?WHICH PART OF THE CITY U R FACING THIS KIND OF PROBLEM?
 
I am Home 500 user, and I face problems regarding disconnections... not able to download during night unlimited (2-8)
