Suggestion for a cheap netbook

I need a suggestion for a cheap netbook, this will be for my dad and mom. My old desktop which is 10+ years old, is almost pronounced dead.

It will be used for browsing, youtube, videos/songs and MS office only.

I have my own OS licenses and hence prefer a linux netbook which can be used to install either windows xp/windows 7

Will there be any issues installing a windows OS on these kind of netbooks.

Stumbled upon this netbook and found it ok

microsoft office on a netbook? might not be a very good idea. but then what would i know 🙂

my old laptop which has 2GB RAM, works very well. I guess a new netbook shud work well too!
