ok i need suggestion , if u have had it done or know someone who got it done???i have sore throat issues every year 2-3 times minimum , but this winter season it already happened 3 times in 40-45 days , i am sick of taking antibiotics again and again due to this , should i consider tonsil removal operation , is it a good and successful option ??? will i get relief permanently ????what are/maybe the costs ?? btw i am 33 now

Is it tonsils or adenoid? My friend has had his adenoids scraped off or removed twice in the past 5 years. My wife was recommended too, but we didnt go for it. See a good ENT and get another opinion as well. If you are in Chennai, check Sundaram Medical Foundation.
