MTNL 512 combo unlm + TATA 1 Mbps UNLM
I thought MTNL waived off installation charges of 1300 till 15th Nov.

Check out the tariff page and which says

* Charges are waived off from 16.10.2006 to 15.11.2006 as Festival discount only


but only for the ones which have star, and only 1 plan has the star = combo plan.



I didn't know MTNL is 2 faced, but looks its getting there. Also 949 unlimited plan is not even listed as someone else pointed it out earlier in this forum.
 
Its waived off for any broadband plan booking just dial 1500 to confirm instead of looking at there site.
