I got a Tata Indicom Broadband connection on 10th October. Its a 6 months prepaid connection. And my sufferings begin.. My connection went off on 15th Night. As usual I started calling the Hyderabad call centre everyday. (Atleast they acknowledged receiving my complaint, I saw many of guys here have to register their complain for 3-4 or times) I waited for 7 days. Everday someone would call me up and ask me whether the work has been done or not.. And everytime I call the centralise Call centre they came up with new problems everyday..Like "You have a major cable fault, You have a link down locally etc etc.."In thess 7 days no one visited my place.. Then came my local DSA. This guy acted as if it is impossible that for last 7 days my connection was laying down. But anyways he atleast moved the things. After this some line men came to my place and told that the line is OK SO the problem has to be in the router. Then after 3 days and atleast 13 calls to local agent office came a "ENGINEER" he after going through the router config and set up, declare that the router is ok but the line is down.. Then again 2/3 days of heavy calling..finally some one came and solve the problem..He told that the line and the router both were ok.Finally I got my connection working after after good 16 days.I initially thaught may there will be very few who face this insensitive action from Tata Broadband, but then here I saw lot of ppl having a lot of grievance againsta Tata Broadband, and many of them faced more severe problem than mine..I amazing to see Tata Indicom Broadband's pathetic service. My BSNL Dataone connection was far far better anyday than this thing. Now I repenting that I left my dataone connection. I have to bear this fu..k..ing servivce atleast for next 6 monthsAnyways I want your suggestion ..how to take it to eyes of top boses.; Lets hope they can show the customers the right way to sort these problems
