Change for new scheme

I am a new customer of Airtel DTH service. I got my new connection 2 months back. I got free service recharge on 591 rs. till 2 month. But now I want change scheme. Now what I do? I tried to call on customer care service (1800-102-8080) but I can't able to connect them. How can I solve my problem and how can I contact with them? Please reply.
 
ah airtel. good luck. their dth customer support is supposed to be horrible.

Try other mediums like twitter & email?

What is your zone (North, South, East, West)?
You can add prefix of your zone STD code (e.g. 020) to their "Paid" customer care number 44448080 (e.g. 02044448080 for West Zone). Most of the time their toll free number doesnt work. We get Network busy message.
