Siti Broadband in Kolkata - 60 Mbps download

Does anyone have any idea about how the services of Siti Broadband is in Kolkata?

I saw a video at 4G speedtest using speedtest.net in Kolkata, India - YouTube where the uploader says that he's using Siti Broadband and is able to achieve around 60 mbps of D/L speed.

So curious to know if this is true and how the overall service of Siti Broadband is in Kolkata

I know my friend who got 80Mbps+ speed on Meghbela Broadband as the company offers peering at no speed cap. I guess Siti is also using cache technique.
