help needed urgently

i am new fivenet user i recently re charged my account with 1mbps plan for three monthsbut the operator didnt activated dc++ in my account and now he says upto three months we cant activate it i really need help to activate it any wayout or any kind of help will be appreciated i need to activate it urgently if any one can activate it for me with the help of their own local operator thanx alot in advance

the hub is only for people that are on a specific IP range. since he put u on another IP range for 3 months i guess he cannot migrate you to a different range till he renews your account. maybe u shud pressurize him to do it. try telling him u will close ur account or something like that if he doesn't. the best u can do is try putting the blame on him saying that u had asked for dc++ and if he didn't do it then its his fault !! lolbtw what is the starting range of ur IP address?
