Recharge MTNL number with data card coupon online

So i am trying to recharge my mtnl number with data plan. MTNL says the coupon value is Rs.50. I enter the required stuff at Paytm website, select special recharge option, but still getting money added to balance. Any idea how to fix it?

That is for mtnl mumbia. my bad shouldd have mentioned its for MTNL delhi

@volcano - Again my mistake. I selected special recharge..

Update - Messaged Paytm. Got auto reply. Now the money has being refuned as Paytm cash but balance is still intact. Hurrrrrrrrr 😀d
