Is the Unlimited Plan for 1650 Worth it?

Hi,I have been using Unlimited 3G first BSNL and then for about the past 6+ months, have been using MTNL 3g on the 2500 plan.though i have 1+ month remaining before i need to renew, i see that all unlimited plans in the PrePaid MTNL have been removed but Postpaid still have 1650 unlimited monthly plan.other than this, the sim for postpaid can be purchased a 149 ontime with no monthly charges(the jeevan sathi or similar plan)Also, MTNL Delhi it seems have the same plan in prepaid(not sure whether it is working in roaming).I also know the disconnection issue being faced and feel that it will be resolved sooner or later.So what do you guys think?Is the 1650 plan worth it or not?
 
Tried it, crappy speed on torrents and speed cap, so I never used it again.
 
Hey Arnav,Made any kind of decision on the same ??I have just bought a MTNL Prepaid Card to check the speeds at my home and I am getting 4-5 Bar Signal Strength consistently. Also getting 2.1 MB Down & 0.4 MB UP speeds as per Speedtest..!!I am keen to get 1650/- UL, but its only with Postpaid..
