Tata Photon Plus Device with Expired Validity

Hello,I have a tata photon plus device which i used 2 years ago. I opted for Post-Paid Connection. I have not used the device for last two years and it's validity has expired. My question is, Can I re-use the device with a Pre-Paid Connection?

okay....can I use it as a pre-paid connection? Earlier it was post-paid.....I used it two years ago....I was in delhi at that time, now moved to lucknow....I thought if you dont use the device for long time, it's validity will be expired...

From what I have spoken to customer care, you need to convert into pre-paid in case you dont want to use it temporarily, otherwise you "should" have got bills of non-payment & maybe calls to make payment & then they would have simply disabled it.
