^^I know about promo code, but in dreamspark u can get it for still less. I think u can get 2 serial keys for Rs600 n 4 for Rs900. I am facing this diff as my college is not listed in their site 🙁

Go to Techenclave and search for windows 8 keys. I have pasted a link below, you might be able to see it if the admin allows it. You will get the following for Rs.900:
Win 8 Pro -- 4 keys(Might be 2 now)
Win 7 Pro -- 2 keys
Win XP Pro -- 4 keys
Win Vista -- 7 keys
