How to change basic plan

Hi ! I am a sun direct customer for last two years. Now I would like to change my basic plan. I called to cust care, but they are always saying that my details are not available with them, so unable to process. How can I change my plan ? My validity is going to expire by next week.........................bymanoj🙁
