Help with broadband connections ..

Hey guys i have been using airtel and mtnl for the past 2 years and i am really bored with the slow speed my mtnl connection is 1.7 Mbps which give me 270-300 kbps on idm ..and 2 Mbps on Airtel with 10 gb FUP i was thinking of getting new reliance connection 4 Mbps one with no FUP.. i live in south Delhi green park to be precise can anyone help me if someone live nearby by posting their ping of speed tests.. i want to low ping because i play games on my xbox and ps3 and it really helps if i have a low ping soo im open to suggestions if any !!
