Airtel modem warranty?

Hi,there seems to be a failure in my Beetel 110TC1 DSL modem. It is 3 months old. Airtel technician tells me that modem warranty is only 1 month!! He certainly wants to charge me on a modem replacement. Is that correct what the technician says? Please advise promptly!Thanks

Yea, think so too. I asked for money to buy a new on the market, haha, I suppose I wants to cheat me. Thank you for confirmation.Will check, but I got a standard DSL 4 Mbit contract with airtel which includes the modem. But I remember that I had to pay for the modem. Thanks

No bill and warranty card for the modem. They did not give me any papers for the modem. I did understand the modem is part of the DSL package and contract.So I guess my chances are not so good to get a replacement.

Ah, well, when they take money from you, they're supposed to give you a receipt and box packed modem with a warranty card
