Airtel Pune, any method to make them feasible at my area?

^topicAcc to a few salespersons in Pune, my area has no hope of getting any wireline connection, they say that everyone's going for wireless now.. *facepalm* why would anyone go for wireless if wireline broadband has much higher speeds+ better pings? I'm talking about wireline vs wimax wireless here..

I know 🙁 it's too absurd since my area is located in one of the core parts of Pune.. they even consider it as a posh residential area lol..
 

I think there are some restrictions in CAMP/Race Cource area.

If that was so then how was tata indicom able to provide wireline connection here? and PMC doesn't control my area so no question about permissions either..
 
Your are is under Pune Cantonment Board.They need permission from ARMY officials. (Pune Cantonment Board). Tata Indicom broadband is very old ISP and they might be got permissions from Pune Cantonment Board years ago.
