Unable to reach terracom (type-I) by IE10 from Win 8 Pro (x64) WMC

I am unable to reach my Terracom(white colour) Type-I modem page at http://192.168.1.1 from my IE10 of my Win 8 Pro (x64) WMC. But I am sure that my Os is operating smoothly as I can connect to the internet, download files, browse web pages from IE10,
download Windows Updates and Apps from Store. Is the Modem page designed to work with IE9 and previous IE versions only. Plz help. I have faced the same problem with Win8 (x64) Release Preview.:disturbed::disturbed::disturbed:
 
Use Firefox.
 
:Fireworks::Fireworks::Fireworks: Resetting my Terracom modem (type-I) has solved the problem. Hurrah... In my humble Opinion the Terracom modems are cheap and buggy.
