Hello,

I booked a Online Videoncon DTH HD connection online on Nov 12th 2012, and i got a online transaction confirmation with this order no: D2H20121112102635. After that there was no update on the installation and other formalities. I tried calling the customer care numbers but did not get any info or Help. Can you guys help me in getting connection ASAP.

Its due to diwali, many people has taken leave... even i have tried online chat,CC, New connection no. and emailed.. no response..
 
me booked on 9th nov, got installed only on 16th nov, after numerous calls & mails.that too dvr activation still pendingreally pathetic.
