tata docomo online recharge page not loading on chrome

the tata docomo online recharge page i.e [ Online Prepaid Recharge | Online Recharge | Prepaid Mobile Recharge Online - Tata DOCOMO ]not loading on chrome.. it says "This webpage is not available"... is this because they don't think chrome is secure or what !

Disable all add ons and then try again. I sometimes get this error when adblock is enabled in chrome.Or try in firefox or internet explorer.

i have disabled adblock and tried but still not working, no other add ons installed in my chrome !

Your screenshot is showing "www.tatatele.in" ..so its sites fault. complain to customercare. "www.tatatele.com" is not loading for me too.
