I am not a pro photographer , the videos and thr is a panorama setting using which one can get a 360 degree photo or a looooong pic 😛 , for that it clicks several pics while you move the camera in a straight line motion shown on the camera screen.

So its clear that Alonso gets priority. He got the updates but not Massa. And which also means that, with update Massa might have atleast matched Alonso!

Yes, either at back of grid OR pit lane. Mostly they will chose pit lane as it gives clear field.

Nope he has good car, he can easily reach atleast 3rd. (or 4th if Alonso manages to keep him behind)
This is where Ferrari needs Massa to come handy. They would want Massa to hold off Vettel. If he manages to do that, Alonso has good chance.

Vettel has damage on his front wing, will he have to pit. The pit crew are out ... but they return to the garage as Vettel decides to stay out. He's now down in 18th.
