I am not able to tether my Galaxy S Plus i9001 on Windows 8 PC through USB. (For Internet)On device it shows tethered but no Notification on win8. Installed kies also.
Even I am having similar issues in windows 8 while tethering my S3.The processor usage soars upto 99% & the taskbar hangs while the phone is thethered. Somehow the internet works but not much of use as the system hangs as hell even though my config is pretty good enough.
