Exactly. The old plan of rs. 1200 with 10Mbps, with 75 Gb, and post FUP 2Mbps, was better than all these plans. What happens to all those old customers? After having got used to 15 Mbps going back to 512 Kbps will be a real pain. I don't know how accurate their meter is, but airtel's is certainly not. Do you ACT guys actually get what they advertise? The plan post FUP 2Mbps is 2749 plus tax, which is quite high for a home user. ACT plans keep changing too fast.
I had contacted customer service, the old plans will remain unchanged, they will just not advertise it on their website.
Yes, we do get what ACT advertises. I have a 10 mbps plan and get the same speed, sometimes 9.6 - 9.7 mbps
