Mouse scrolling problem in Google Chrome on Windows 8

There are so many factors involved that I am not sure what could be the problem. Windows 8Google Chrome Dev Channel EditionGoogle+Scrolling does not work in Google+. Is largely buggy on other sites.

What do you mean by scrolling? Scrolling via the mousepad or the external mouse?

Internet explorer or any other browser?I didnt have any issues till now on chromeoops didnt realise its for chrome BTW Sushubh, do u use the normal chrome browser or the chrome app?

it's happening randomly. it might be a chrome issue. cannot seem to locate. have ordered a new mouse. had been delaying the purchase.
