198 is the general complaint number right? i guess i would call the guy whose number i was given and check with him about what kind of speeds should i expect on the plan they gave me 😕

It fixed by itself. Landline and Broadband both.

BTW. An aged uncle landed at my house on a moped. At 4PM. FOUR PM. To fix my landline. The uncle looked old enough to be retired.

What's wrong with 4pm? I thought they'd contracted out the line work.

Well... 4PM is 6 hours after 10am which is when their offices should be open. In any case, they never called me on my mobile which was included in the complaint. Would have saved that old uncle the trouble to ride to my place.
He was very likely older than my dad even 😕 When I saw him, I thought some uncle had come to meet my dad. #truestorybro
